We aim to delight you, so please let us know if we fall short of our ambitions in any way. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 14 days and we will do our best to make it right.
You will be required to return the defective product with the original tax invoice for our inspection. Our management team will review the situation and respond to you with an outcome within 48 hours.
Sky Photo will only provide a refund or a replacement of a product if the defect is due to a manufacturing error that was caused by Sky Photo.
Because these are custom products created by you, Sky Photo is not able to provide refunds or replacement of products with user-generated defects such as typos, misspellings, design or layout errors, poor image quality, low image resolution, mistakes in selecting product size, product type, paper selection or printing specifications or failure to remember or use vouchers.
If the refund are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment LESS the relevant banking charges that may occur, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Client initiated product damage:
Sky Photo does not provide refunds or replacement for damage to products caused by normal wear-and-tear, unusual handling, usage or treatment.
Failure to adhere to Care Guidelines as published on this website will also void the quality guarantee.
Print colour variations:
Please be aware that although Sky Photo uses sophisticated digital presses and color calibration techniques, slight color variations may occur book-to-book or from the colors of your computer screen. These slight color variations are normal and will not be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
